Do the Harbour Hoppers have assigned seating?
All seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. Don't worry if you don't get your dream seat - We like to think that all of the seats on a Harbour Hopper offer the best view of the land and sea in our cities!
Should I use and/or bring along sun protection?
We encourage all passengers to be sun-safe and apply sun protection, bring along a light layer (jacket, sweater) and a hat before traveling on the Harbour Hopper Tour, especially on days when our Harbour Hopper tops are retracted. We love when the sun is out and shining but to some passengers, it can make the journey a little less comfortable. Keep in mind that we do carry sun protection and clothing in our waterfront gift shops.
Why am I required to purchase a ticket for babies and children seated on my lap?
The regulatory bodies that help ensure Harbour Hoppers are as safe as they are fun require us to count everyone onboard as a passenger - even if you're not old enough to Ribbit Ribbit yet. We are happy to provide a discounted rate for these age categories.
Do the Harbour Hoppers operate in severe weather?
Just like the frogs painted on the Harbour Hoppers, we LOVE being outdoors rain or shine! We will always make the decision to cancel a tour if it is ever deemed unsafe. We are happy to provide a full refund for any tour we must cancel, or rebook you for a day with better weather.
Can I store a stroller onboard the Harbour Hopper?
The Harbour Hoppers have limited space onboard for a stroller, but we are happy to store it (or luggage, etc) for you in our kiosk while you enjoy your tour.
Are pets allowed on the Harbour Hopper?
Only certified Service Animals are permitted on the Harbour Hopper. They must remain on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
What is the refund policy?
We require notice 24 hours prior to your tour departure in order to issue you a refund.
Are Harbour Hopper tours wheelchair accessible?
We are committed to providing guests with the best tour experience so we recently introduced a new Harbour Hopper which is capable of accommodating one wheelchair user per tour.
To ensure the schedule reflects the additional time required to load and unload, and that properly trained staff are scheduled for the tour, we require guests who require the service to provide us with 24 hours notice.

Please explain the ticketing fee - why does it exisit?
We work with a fantastic partner at Starboard Suite to manage our booking system. This cloud-based reservation system does require a $1 per person transaction fee. We prefer to be upfront and transparent about that fee, which is why we break it out from your ticket price.
Do I need to print my ticket?
If you can show your e-ticket on your smart phone or device, we do not require a printed version. Yay for saving paper!
